Our graze options are prepared from the freshest produce found at local grocery stores, cheese shops, and farmers markets. Each box is made specially for the indiviudal with products chosen by the owner. This provides our customers with an unique graze experience. The keepsake boxes allow for easy transport and provide a clear view of its contents. Our monthly newsletter will highlight the products used in boxes for the current month (e.g. types of cheeses, charcuterie, honey, jams, etc) as well as upcoming events/collaborations. You + Brie prides itself on sourcing local produce and products from merchants in Austin, TX area and other vendors.

Meet Our Owner

You + Brie was created by Kira Carrens at the start of a global pandemic! ⁣I created this business after a friend who knew my passion for charcuterie boards encouraged me to start it.

I’ve always wanted to own my own business but needed that push and extra funds (thanks stimulus)! Making charcuterie/graze boxes is purely therapeutic for me and I’m thankful to be able to make money while doing something I love! ⁣⁣

I’m a wife and mom to 2 children (Toddler and infant)! I’m originally from Mississippi but I’ve live in the Austin area (Manor) for the last 11 years! I’m the oldest of 5 kids (Mom’s side) so I’ve always been the boss! ⁣⁣

When I’m not making graze boxes, I’m a full-time Clinical Project Manager (response time delayed during the workday) which means I manage a team and vendor within a Clinical Trial. I also co-organized a Young Professional Black Women’s Group @YPBWA!  Prior to COVID, we organized events to allow black women in area to network, build friendship and community. ⁣⁣
