FAQs

How do I order?

Please order via the online ordering tab.  We require payment in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your box.  In order to provide fresh ingredients and local products, please provide at minimum 48 hour notice.   

What are your delivery days and times?

We deliver graze boxes on Saturdays between 9am - 12pm for a starting at $10.  We deliver within a 20 mile radius from 78660.  Please ensure someone is home during the delivery timeframe. Orders unable to be delivered are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

What are your COVID-19 precautions?

Masks and Gloves are worn during the making of a You + Brie box.  All vegetables, fruits, containers are properly washed and rinsed.   All orders will be contactless (pick up and deliveries).  If anyone at You + Brie is diagnosed with COVID, You + Brie will closed for the quarantine period of 14 days and all orders will be refunded during that time.

How to keep my box fresh?

If you will not consume the food right away, please put in a refrigerator and or store ice packs until use.  Please use within 3 days of delivery or pickup.  

Where do you source your products?

All items are store bought (organic), local (farmer markets), or vendors (cheese, honey, jam).  

Is Brie included in every box?

Although our name is You + Brie, Brie is not guaranteed in every box.  We try our best to include Brie in your box but will depend on availability of the product.  Please request it if you prefer Brie. 

Are you able to customize the box?

Yes, please add a note (gluten-free, diary-free, etc) at checkout for your dietary needs  If you would like to note any other special items (e.g. no olives, goat cheese, nuts, tomatoes, etc.) for your order, please add it during checkout. 

Picnics

How do I book a picnic?

Navigate to the Picnic page and click the "book" option to select your picnic theme and party size.

What happens if we show up late or need to leave early? 

You are allowed up to 15 mins grace period.  However, you picnic starts at the time you selected during booking.  If you need to leave early, please provide a 30 min notice via phone or text.  You are responsible for the equipment until it's pickup. 

What happens if it rains?

If there's a chance of rain in the forecast, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or proceed at your own risk.   There are no refunds if you decide to have the picnic but it rains. 

Where will the picnics take place?

Picnics will take place at your home yard or a park chosen by You + Brie.
